Why otters?

Otters personify my approach to life and everything in it. Why not play while you work? I love the fact that everything about otters is fun - even when it is deadly serious. I try to bring that to everything that I do - including librarianship. Not exactly a common notion, but I am determined to bring the love of learning and discovery to everything about my library.
